Grants and funding
The funding exists. We go and get it for you.
Safety equipment, workstation improvements, training: part of what you spend on compliance can be funded. Préval identifies the grants open to you, files the applications and follows through to payment.
Why so many companies miss out
-
They don't know the funding exists.
Schemes change regularly and nobody tells you.
-
They order too early.
The advised route is to reserve the funding on a quote, before ordering. After the purchase you can still apply the same year, but you are only paid if budget remains.
-
They don't have the time.
Quotes, forms, supporting documents, follow-ups: an incomplete file cannot succeed.
What we handle
-
Prevention subsidies
The Assurance Maladie prevention subsidies fund 50% or 70% of certain prevention equipment and services, depending on the subsidy: falls from height, manual handling and ergonomics, chemical risks, psychosocial risks, construction. We start from your risk assessment to find the investments that qualify.
-
Training funding
Mandatory or useful training (workplace first aid, prevention, certifications, digital tools): we identify what your OPCO can cover and file the request.
-
Digital grants
Depending on the schemes open at the time, part of your digital projects can be supported. We check what is available when your project comes up.
-
Growth grants
Regional grants, AD'OCC and Bpifrance programmes, hiring and export support: for bigger projects, we prepare the full application.
How it works
- 1
Free check.
We review your obligations and activity and list the funding you are likely eligible for, with estimated amounts.
- 2
Green light before buying.
We check quotes, timing and conditions, then reserve the funding where possible. You order nothing before our green light.
- 3
Filing.
We prepare and submit the application and follow its review.
- 4
Payment.
Once the funding is granted and the purchase made, we prepare the payment claim with the invoices and supporting documents.

A roofing company with 10 employees buys guardrails and work platforms for €12,000 excl. VAT. The Prévention Chutes subsidy funds 50% of this equipment: funding can reach €6,000. Préval fee: €190 + 12% of the funding, i.e. €910 excl. VAT, with the success part invoiced only once the funding is paid. Net cost to the company: about €6,910 instead of €12,000.
Illustrative example. Amounts and rates depend on the subsidy, the applicable caps and the company's eligibility.

Frequently asked questions
Which companies can get prevention subsidies?
Companies with 1 to 49 employees under the general social security scheme, up to date with their contributions, whose risk assessment was updated within the last year. The ergonomic risks subsidy is open to companies of all sizes. We check your eligibility during the free check.
How much can I expect?
Depending on the subsidy, funding covers 50% or 70% of the investment excluding VAT, within a cap, which for most subsidies is €25,000 excl. VAT per company over 2023 to 2028. Since 1 January 2026, a subsidy can start at €500. We give you an estimate before any commitment.
I've already bought my equipment. Is it too late?
Not necessarily. You can also apply after the purchase, in the year of the investment, on invoices, but you are only paid if budget remains. The advised route is to reserve the funding on a quote before ordering: that is why we ask you to wait for our green light.
What if the funding is refused?
You only pay the flat application fee. The success fee is only due if the funding is actually paid.
When is the funding paid?
After the purchase, on receipt of the invoices and supporting documents, which the caisse checks before paying. After a reservation, these are due within six months. We prepare the payment claim for you.
Do you work with my accountant?
Yes. We don't keep your books or give tax advice. We coordinate with your firm when a file requires it.
Is there a limit on combined funding?
Yes. Since 2026, prevention subsidies fall under the EU de minimis rule, which caps the public aid concerned at €300,000 per company over three rolling years. Above €23,000 of subsidies over twelve months, a convention is also signed with the regional caisse. We factor this into our analysis.
How much funding are you leaving aside?
The check is free with no commitment. Reply within 48 working hours.
Public funding is granted subject to eligibility, a complete application and available budgets, in order of arrival. Préval does not guarantee that funding will be granted. The schemes and rates mentioned are those published by the Assurance Maladie for 2026 (ameli.fr, checked September 2026) and may change.
