The controller of your data is The Gatekeepers Club, which operates the Préval brand. Contact: contact@prevalgroup.com.

Through our forms (contact, check, online estimate) we collect the information you send us: name, company, email, phone, and the answers you choose to give (headcount, sector, obligations, services and planned projects, message). As part of a service, we collect the information needed to produce your compliance documents and your funding applications.

When you enter a SIREN number, we query the French government's company search API (recherche-entreprises.api.gouv.fr), which publishes public data about companies: name, head office address, activity, headcount band. We keep this public data in memory for 24 hours at most, so as not to query the API on every visit. Your answers to the four questions stay in your browser until you ask for the check as a PDF.

If you ask for the full check as a PDF, we record, with your consent, your first name, last name, email address, your phone number if you give it, the SIREN number, your answers and the result of the check, to send it to you and contact you about it. If you tick the box for it, we also tell you about new funding that concerns your company: you can withdraw this consent at any time. This data follows the retention period below.

We use this data to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote and deliver our service. The legal basis is your consent and, where relevant, pre-contractual measures or the performance of the contract.

Prospect data is kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry, then up to three years after the last contact. Client data is kept for the duration of the relationship, then in line with statutory accounting and document retention requirements.

Your data is processed by The Gatekeepers Club and is never sold. We use technical providers acting on our behalf: Railway for hosting, Airtable for recording enquiries and Resend for sending emails, all based in the United States, with appropriate safeguards for transfers outside the European Union.
